Dr Bernadette Rock, Founder of HeyDay Weight Loss – a new online weight management/weight loss program – believes that the answer to maintaining a healthy weight throughout our lives lies in re-establishing our relationship with food as opposed to relying on diet sheets and exercise plans. By determining how much we eat, when we eat and why we eat are the key factors to maintaining a healthy weight from childhood right the way through our adult lives.

HeyDay provides the very best encouragement and support, weekly check-ups to help you stay motivated and on track to achieving your weight loss goals. The HeyDay Online Weight Loss program, support and one to one consultations have been created by Dr Bernadette Rock and were developed out of her own personal experiences and difficulties with weight and eating habits. Bernadette’s PhD training in Sociology inspired her to set up Heyday, a weight management approach that is supportive, safe and confidential. The HeyDay weight loss program has been delivered in the Weight Management Clinic in Loughlinstown Hospital, with the support of Prof. Donal O’Shea.
